Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to reserve certain appointments and will be applied toward your service total.
I completely understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so I have the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client. Deposits may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment when adequate notice is provided.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, may result in the deposit being forfeited.
